Sunday night dinner. Flat iron steak with a mushroom, garlic, black truffle chevre and brandy cream sauce. Brussel sprouts with parmesan, lemon zest and balsamic reduction. Yellow squash, zucchini and red bell peppers.
Just re-posting this as someone had commented that it would taste better with pulled pork or chicken. Pffft! Ain’t got time for those comments in a Vegan forum. Anyways! Vegan queso. Recipe in comments. I just added tofurkey chorizo when I heated the sauce up! Nom nom!
