    Ingredients: 1.5c Whey protein isolate powder 1/4c Cold soda water Bunch of Shrimps Step 1: Dust shrimp in light coating of about .5c of whey protein isolate. Let dry on a rack for 20-30min. Step 2: Heat 1” of oil to 350F degrees. Step 3: Mix 1c whey protein isolate with cold soda water. Should be somewhat thin batter consistency. Adjust amounts as needed. Step 4: Dip shrimps in batter. Shake off excess. Step 5: Fry in oil until brown and delicious. Season with salt and pepper immediately. Eat and enjoy!
