    **Serves 4** **Nutrition** (per serving): 299 calories, 28.2g fat, 2.5g carbs, 2.5g fibre, 7.3g protein **Ingredients** 1 piece Lo-Dough 2 large eggs 4 egg yolks 200ml double cream 70g erythritol 1 vanilla pod/1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp grated nutmeg **Steps** Preheat oven to 140C/285F Gently heat cream in pan with vanilla until a little hot. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, yolks and sugar. Pour hot cream onto egg mix while whisking. Strain mix back into pan. Heat gently until mix thickens a little. Put Lo-Dough into 7-9inch tin. Pour in custard mix. Place in oven on baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but with wobble. Allow to cool on rack. Cool in fridge for 1 hour.

    It is not **ZERO** carbs like claimed. Eggs, and double cream / heavy cream / whipping cream contain carbs. edit: Hell, even the "Lo-dough" has carbs.
