First day of Keto today, made these bagels from a recipe on here. Pretty happy for my first try! Next time I think I’ll add a bit more baking powder since it didn’t rise a whole lot. Very excited to have started this journey, and all of you are the reason I even started :) thank you!

    Recipe: 3 cups Mozzarella 2 oz cream cheese 1 and 3/4 cups almond flour 2-3 eggs 1 TBSP baking powder Method: Melt both cheeses in the microwave until melted. Add sifted almond flour and baking powder, alternating with eggs. I used 2, but the OP used 3 :) By the end of it I just went in with my hands and mixed everything together. Divided into 7 portions, rolled out, shaped and baked for about 20 minutes at 180 C! I'm on mobile so can't link the original post, but definitely will when I'm home! Edit: formatting. Damn mobile.
