Crispy Curry Eggs

Ignore the rice, im on a low carb not strictly keto period of my diet, whats important here is the eggs.

Its really easy and i dont know why I have never done it before,

simply soft or hardboil eggs (depending on preference), immediately put them in ice water and store as long as you need before

heating 1 tbsp of olive oil (or whatever oil)

a dash of turmeric,

a dash of paprika (smoked, not sweet)

a dash of cumin/coriander

or just some amount of curry powder

cook until the skin of the egg blisters, eat plain or on top of some curry or smashed with avocado.
