    [third recipe on this list](https://www.theguardian.com/food/2018/sep/01/yotam-ottolenghi-corn-recipes) I was skeptical about this recipe because it didn't call for any onion which is a foundational ingredient in every dish I've ever liked, but it turned out really nice and had a subtle onion-y flavour from the asafoetida. I omitted the whole peanuts and used a bit of peanut butter in the blended corn mixture and liked how that turned out. I also used a red chilli instead of green. Fried tempeh would be a nice addition I think.
