If I'm not doing this after every meal, what's the point of eating!

I can, but the question is, why would I?

Apparently I can. 1880 calories. Too bad only one item in the entire quiz appealed to me.

In my own opinion and experience: A standard plated meal ranges between 800-1200 calories.. Large plates can range between 1200 -1800 cals.. So two standard plates of meal a day and daily physical activity (not a gym or sport) should get you maintain your weight. If you want to lose weight 1- Reduce the number of plates you eat 2- Reduce the amount of food in each plate 3- Never drink fizzy or fatty drinks with your meals 4- Always drink a glass of water before you start your meal 5- Most importantly fill your spoon/ fork/ chopstick/ half of what you normally do 6- Sit down and eat slowly 7- Drink a glass of water after your meal 8- Never eat to be full 9- Walk instead of taking the lift/ escalator 10- Cycle instead of driving Welcome to healthier life!

can I? Yes. Given the choice you gave me, I wouldn't have chosen any of those options and had a high cal drink to top it off.

As a non-American person I have a hard time understanding American food choises, for example why would you eat bread for lunch?!?

Yes I can eat under 2000 cals. I do every day. I can’t do that with the options you’ve given me & no modifiers. I want pasta? I have chickpea pasta. I want a latte? I have almond milk. And I certainly don’t eat this many carbs or red meats in a given day.

That was super easy. I’m aware of rough amount of calories in food.

I wouldn't eat most of these choice... Breakfast would be a serving of plain oatmeal coffee with a little plain coffeemate, Lunch BLT sandwich toasted regular sliced bread no mayo unsweetened ice tea, few grapes for snack, dinner ok the salad looks good although I would opt for the grilled chicken, and dressing on the side, ice water w/lemon wedge. No idea how many calories for the day. That would be my food choice.

I guess being more mindful about calorie counting paid off for the quiz lol. 1450 could possibly be too low for many adults though, I think?

You Got: 2,050 calories, which is easy to do while dining out! But remember: 2,000 calories per day is used only for general nutrition advice. Everyone is different, and calorie needs vary depending upon your age, gender, and physical activity level.

But I burn about 500 to 600 calories a day... sooo its actually 1,780 soooo 🤷🏻‍♀️ Im gonna eat a real good meal. Hint is when you don’t workout every day that eating something bad once in a while will make you fat.

I wouldn't have an afternoon snack like that one or a Starbucks "coffee". Seriously, even some of these foods aren't what I'd eat out, ever. Is this what americans usually eat? Eww.

I know the calories, but I wouldn’t be eating that crap, I’d be eating the good tasting stuff and then exercising to cut it down to 2,000 😂
