Ben, I am making this for you some day. Maybe a tad smaller because I don't have a restaurant size deep fryer. Lol

Just because it's round, doesn't mean it's pizza. That's literally just a big piece of chicken Parmesan 😑😑😑

Hint: make it at home. The restaurant that is famous for it charges $35+ for this dish and it’s mediocre at best.

I don't want to burst any ones bubble, but this is just chicken parm with no crispy breading on 2/3 of it's sides. Not pizza.

It’s not from Italy, but the north east of England. It was originally made of pork, but due to globalization changed to chicken. Normally it’s chicken breast that is hit flat and super delicious!!

I've had chicken parmesan pizza in NY, it was pizza with bits of chicken parmesan on it..... Way better than a smothered soggy chicken breast.

Lauren Em This looks really good! And i would probably use ground chicken and add seasonings for the crust! 😋

It's a chicken parmo with tomato sauce on .. unless you live in England , up north, you don't have a clue what a proper parmo is

It was created in Darlington Co Durham. England. A northern delight that is lush after a skin full. That's getting totally wasted drunk! 😋 and it's called a parmo!

You ca do it low carb, by not breading the chicken. I would also skip prcessing the chicken, and just buy it already ground.

Who cares if we should call this pizza or not, the idea is good, plus if you want you can change the recipe and make your own "whatever you call it if not chicken pizza" So go comment things you like, I personally am going to try this ASAP

I want to make this keto friendly. Any suggestions? I can use almond flour for that part but not sure how to emulate the bread crumbs/crispy coating. I have low carb pizza sauce.

So I made this. Followed the recipe though wasn’t sure about the temp of the fryer of how long to cook it. I also made smaller patty shaped chicken Parma, since I don’t have an industrial fryer. They turned out pretty good
