For about 8 tortillas: -150g of cream cheese -4 eggs -1.5 tsp psyllium husk -1 tbsp coconut flour -0.5 tsp Salt -2 spoons of oil *Directions* -Preheat oven to 220°C -whisk eggs with a mixer, add oil, add cream cheese. Mix until no lumps -add salt, coconut flour and psyllium husk while you mix -let it seat until the batter is thicc like your moms calves -spread batter on baking sheet with parchment paper on top(thinly but not too thin) -bake for c.5 minutes on upper rack until edges turn light brown The oil in batter helps you remove tortillas easily with a spatula.
