    It doesn't get much simpler than this Ingredients: 1 bowl full of Land-o-Lakes Sugar-free Whipped Heavy Cream (0g net carbs) 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons of Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Spice Grain-free Granola (4g net carbs sweetened with coconut sugar) I put a little granola on the bottom of the bowl then add the HWC and then sprinkle the rest on top. Got the Granola from Whole Foods and the sugar-free HWC from Publix.
