    Posted a link instead of the recipe so here we go For the CRUST: 8 ounces cream cheese softened 1/4 cup butter melted 3 large eggs 3 tbsp half and half 1 cup whey protein isolate 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp cream of tartar 1/4 tsp salt I highly recommend adding some almond flour/coconut flour, psyllium husk and other seasonings/sweeteners for taste. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a blender, combine the softened cream cheese, butter, eggs, and half and half. Blend for about 30 seconds, and scrape down contents. Add the protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, cream of tartar, and salt. Blend for about another 30 seconds, until smooth. Pour the batter into a seasoned cast iron pan. Bake in the oven about 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees, until top is just firm to the touch and edges are golden brown. Poke holes with butter knife periodically so it will rise evenly Remove from oven and spread tomato sauce, add cheese, and pepperoni. Place in oven another 5 to 8 minutes. I like to broil the cheese and toppings to make it a little crispier
