    INGREDIENTS Crust 60g / 2oz Almond Flour 30g / 1oz Sukrin Gold 30g / 1oz Coconut Oil 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum Filling 150g / 5.3oz Pumpkin (baked, softened, basically pureed) 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp ginger 1/2tsp cloves ground 1/2tsp nutmeg 60g / 2oz sukrin gold 90g / 3oz coconut milk 1+1/2 Flaxseed egg (1tbsp+1tsp+1/2tsp flaxseed + 4tbsp +1tsp +1/2tsp water) 1tsp xanthan gum INSTRUCTIONS all detailed in video here but: I used a blender for everything, so first, mix the crust ingredients, divide in 2 mini pie dish and press on bottom. bake at 180c for 8 minutes mix all the filling ingredients in the blender too. once the crust has baked pour in the 2 mini pies and bake for another 25 minutes let cool down a bit but boom, done!
