    For users outside of US :) 170g shredded mozzarella 85g almond flour 2tbsp cream cheese 1 egg 1tsp salt Olive oil For tomato sauce: 4tbsp tomato purée Water (desired amount) Salt, pepper & favourite herbs You can mix the ingredients (apart from egg) and microwave for 1 min or two, but for those who don’t have one (like me)- add mozzarella and cream cheese to the pan and place on the hob, mix continuously until mozzarella melts then add almond flour and combine. Take off the heat and add egg and salt, combine. I recommend using silicone mat as your crust is likely to stick to parchment paper. Pour lots of olive oil onto your hands then place dough onto the mat and shape as you wish making it as thin as possible. Pierce with fork and bake for about 10-15 mins in 220 Celsius or until golden brown. Remove from oven, spread tomato sauce and add desired toppings, return to the oven and bake for another 10 mins or so. YUM
