Keto Chipotle Sour Cream – I constantly see people asking how to add more fat to their meals. This sauce is a great way to add fat AND flavor. I use it all the time with lean meats like chicken breast and pork loin.

Keto Chipotle Sour Cream - New Recipe! People are always asking how to add more fat to their keto diet - this is a great way to do it, while also adding a ton of flavor! Ingredients: 1 ½ cups of sour cream 2-3 canned chipotles in adobo Equipment: - Blender Cup, Food Processor, or Blender - Measuring Cups - Mixing Bowl - Rubber Spatula 1. In a blender cup (or blender) combine ½ cup of sour cream (doesn’t have to be exact) and canned chipotles – the number depends on your preferred heat level – the more you add, the spicier it will be. 2. Blend until smooth 3. Transfer contents into mixing bowl 4. Add the remaining one cup of sour cream to the mixing bowl and mix with a rubber spatula 5. If it’s too spicy, you can dilute it by adding more sour cream. Like most things, the flavor will intensify slightly the longer it sits – meaning it will be a little spicier on day 2 or 3 than it is when you first make it.
