    Ingredients Celeriac 500g once peeled Oil 2 tbsp Butter 50g Rosemary 3 sprigs Garlic 2 cloves Chicken stock 500ml Double cream 50ml Chorizo 60g diced Serves 3 Method Cube the celeriac. Put the butter and 1 tbsp oil in the pot. Add the celeriac and 2 sprigs of rosemary and salt. Sauté for 15 mins until pretty soft. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute. Add the stock. Cook for 10 mins until the celeriac is nice and soft. Remove the rosemary sprigs. Add the cream. Blitz until smooth. Season to taste. Add either water or stock to create your desired texture. Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the last spring of rosemary and the chorizo. Heat until crispy and the oils are red. Nutritional info 1 serving Calories 422 Fat 38.9g Carbs 6.1g Fibre 6.3g Protein 7.7g

    I have a cold but didn’t fancy chicken soup. I wanted something silky and creamy and this with a little heat from the chorizo was like a big hug.
