    Keto Cheesy Sausage Vegetable Gratin (6 meals) ​ Ingredients: ​ 1x Cauliflower 1x Broccoli 100g Bacon (finely chopped) 5pcs Pork Barbecue Sausages 500g Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 50g Cream Cheese 2 cups Heavy Cream 5-6pcs Cherry Tomatos 125g Butter 2x Eggs Garlic Powder Onion Powder Oregano Thyme ​ ​ Preparation: ​ Cut the florets from the Cauliflower and Broccoli. Tear them to bite sized pieces. Cook them in water until soft. Drain the water and set them aside. On a grill pan, throw the finely chopped Bacon. Grill until the Bacon starts getting some color. Remove from the pan. Place the Sausages on the remaining bacon fat. Grill until golden brown. Then remove them and cut into bite sized pieces. Next up in the deep frying pan or a wok, add a block of butter and season it with some garlic powder. Once it starts to melt, add some Cayenne pepper and some oregano. Stir it all around a bit. Once fully melted, add 2 cups of Heavy Cream. Stir. Then add 50g of Cream Cheese. Stir. Next up add 2x Eggs. Once again stir. Finally add 500g of shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir it all together. Cook until all is melted. Take a ceramic bowl or any other owen ready bowl and start placing the ingredients. Cauliflower - Broccoli - Bacon - Sasusages - Cherry tomatos - Cheesy mixture. Put the oven to 220C and place the bowl inside. Cook for around 15-20 minutes or until it starts to get some color. Take it out, season it with some Oregano and Thyme.
