    1. Finely chop garlic, fry until golden crispy brown. Or use a microwave like me for 4 mins, low power 2. Boil water and turn off heat. Dip baby bak choy for 30-60 seconds, drain and place on plate 3. Pour vegetarian oyster sauce on bak choy. Add the crispy garlic together with the oil used for frying 4. Add sesame oil and fried shallots (optional)
