    Add 2 eggs, 1.5 oz cream cheese, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 tbsp butter to blender. blend melt 1/2 tbsp butter in pan pour in 1/2 of mixture. cook until done. flip if you got those culinary chops, just wait it out if you will end up with egg on the dog. cook both crepes. mix 1/3 cup ricotta with an egg yolk and Italian seasoning place on crepes and roll it up. top with 1/2 cup natural no sugar added marinara. I use Rao's. top with two slices provolone bake 16 minutes at 370

    this is probably my favorite keto meal. The macros are great. It is incredibly cheap, like 2 to 5 bucks per 1000 calories. Can eat half of it with some keto meat balls as a meal too.
