    Keto Noodles / Keto Egg Salami Noodles Today , I am going to show you very easy recipe of noodles but with a keto twist . Ingredients are : Chicken Salami. 10 to 15 pieces Eggs. 4 Cabbage. 100 gms Capsicum. 1 large piece Onions. 1 large piece Garlic 5 cloves Spring Onions. 2 stalks Sugar free Soya Sauce 1-2 Tbsp Hot Chilli Sauce 1-2 Tbsp Black Pepper Salt to taste Method : 1. Take two eggs in a bowl , add salt and pepper and whisk it . ( two eggs at a time because we need thin omelette so that egg strips comes out nice ) 2. Make an omelette , in the same way we make second omelette. 3. Roll chicken salami and cut in to noodles strips. 4. In the same manner we cut omelette in to thin noodles strips. 5. Heat up the pan , add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes. 6. Add onions, saute it until it becomes soft. 7. Add Cabbage and capsicum and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. 8. Add Salt and pepper according to your taste. 9. Add Soya sauce and chilli sauce and fry for another 2 minutes. 10. Add our noodles strips and mix it properly 11. Add spring onions for the final touch . 12. Our noodle are ready. Net Carbs : Salami. 2 gms Eggs. 0 gms Cabbage. 1 gms ( 3 gms dietary fibre ) Capsicum. 5 gms Onion. 10 gms Garlic. 2 gms Total Net Carbs : 20 gms Net carbs per serving. 10 gms Hope you’ll like my recipe.
