    8 ounces cream cheese (block - not spreadable - no additives) 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture - part skim - no additives, preservatives, etc) 4 large eggs 4 tablespoons aluminum free baking powder 1 1/3 cups almond flour 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Directions: Melt together mozzarella and cream cheese. Combine with the eggs, baking powder and almond flour. Chill in fridge until workable. Use the butter to grease a cake pan (mine was 8 inches). Roll dough into 24 balls (I was only able to make 20). Put in greased pan. Chill again until feel firm. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. (Adjust time/temp as needed) They turned out so good. Recipe from: https://www.castironketo.net/blog/keto-dinner-rolls
