    Keto Cucumber Cups / Keto Veg Salad in Cucumber Cups I am going to show you very easy and quick salad recipe . In Keto , Salads can be a great option for a Snacks or as a side dish . It gives you a plenty of healthy fats with good nutrition to keep you body active all through the day. Pick your favourite veggies and create your own perfect combination with fats like mayonnaise or cheese dips in order to make this a low carb or keto meal. Ingredients are: Cucumber. 400 gms Lettuce. 50 gms Tomatoes. 50 gms Capsicum. 50 gms Red Cabbage. 100 gms Paneer. 100 gms Mayonnaise. 2 tbsp Black Pepper. 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Method : 1. I have trimmed the side ends of cucumber and cut in to equal sized pieces. 2. Using a spoon , I have scooped out the center and seeds of the cucumber.You may use scoop for this process. 3. Cut all my veggies for salad. 4. In a mixing bowl, adding lettuce, green capsicum, red Cabbage, Indian cottage cheese and tomatoes. 5. Adding mayonnaise, salt and black pepper and mixing altogether. 6. Stuffing the mixture in to the cucumber cups one by one. 7. Serve it with remaining mixture along with the Cups. Net Carbs: Cucumber. 8 gms Lettuce . 3gms Tomatoes. 2 gms Capsicum . 3gms Red Cabbage. 7 gms Paneer. Zero Mayonnaise Almost zero carbs but lots of fats 75 gms per 100 gms Total Carbs. = 23 gms Total servings = 6 Per serving Net Carbs = 4 gms Hope you’ll like it.
