    Okay so I sort of winged this because I wasn't sure what I wanted. So you can alter this as you wish, also my macros are sort of weird because I calculated after I made it but they're pretty close Ingredients I full package of neufchatel cheese (room temp) 4tbs butter (2 tbsp room tem) Roughly 6-8tbsp almond flour 1 package of sugar free pistachio pudding mix Roughly 32 tbsp of heavy whipping cream (1pint) Granulated erythritol or sugar free sweetener to taste (I used 1/4 cup) Instructions Line your spring form pan with wax paper(or another pan if you'd like) For the crust I used the 2 tbsp melted butter and mixed it with the almond flour and 1/4 cup sweetener, add butter or almond flour as needed but I like a thin crust. Push it into your spring form pan bottom and then toss in the freezer while you make the filling. For the filling I added the full package of neufchatel cheese or cream cheese with the butter and 1 pint of hwc and the pistachio pudding mix, I whipped it on high with my mixer until it was really thick (a few minutes at least) Then I just pulled the crust out and plopped it all in there. I decided to whip up more hwc to top it off and just added a little liquid sweetener to my whipped cream topping but this is optional! I use 1/2 pint of hwc for it. Let it sit overnight and then feast the next day!!! Macros will vary! Serves 8! Calories were roughly 200 per serving 6 net carbs Didnt get to calculate fat These macros include the whipped topping.
