    * **250** **Grmas** **Tops of Brown Button Mushrooms** * **1/2** **Tsp** **Szechuan Pepper crushed/Ground** * **2** **Tbsp** **Tomato ketchup** * **1** **Tsp** **chopped garlic** * **1** **Tsp** **Lite soy sauce** * **1/2** **Tsp** **Salt** * **1** **Tsp** **Roasted Sesame seed oil** * **2** **Tsp** **Chopped white part of Scallions** * **2** **Tsp** **Any vegetable oil you like** **Instructions** 1. **Take a frying pan put oil into it.** 2. **MAke oil hot enough now high the oven flame and very quickly add button mushroom and chopped garlic into it. Sautee mushrooms and garlic for 10 seconds over the high flame.** 3. **After 10 seconds low the oven flame now add chopped scallions soy sauce, tomato ketchup and ground Szechuan pepper, salt into the pan, mix well with the mushrooms and now again medium the gas flame for 5 minutes.No required to add water because mushrooms will release lots of water.** 4. **Just after 5 minutes turn off the flame add roasted sesame seed oil to the mushroom mix well and serve the dish with a bowl of hot steamed rice.
