    - 500ml of Heavy Whipping Cream - Half a package of cream cheese. 4 ounces - 1 pouch of sugar free jello (flavour of your choice) Add cream cheese to a small glass measuring bowl and microwave for 20 seconds ( or leave it out on the counter beforehand to soften up) Stir cream cheese briskly until it is smooth and goopy. Whip your HWC until almost peakin in a medium size bowl. Add pouch of sugar free jello and cream cheese to HWC and whip until peaked. Chill until serving or serve immediately! This could easily be 4 servings at a reasonable 2.8 net carbs each. I also shredded some sugar free Rogers dark chocolate over our Raspberry keto fluff which added an extra .5 carbs per serving. We have tried this with orange jello as well as swapping out the jello for some cocoa and a hint of vanilla stevia. Pretty much all versions have been phenomenal.
