    First (and only) time I heard the word "bonbons" was in the movie Bring It On. That was early 2000 and I still have no clue what a bonbon is.

    Keto Bonbons | Keto StrawCream Chocolate Bar Welcome to another recipe for an easy and quick Keto dessert. Regarding the Sweets I make, I feel that you don’t have to kill your inner child or your cravings for Sweets even you are in Keto. Ingredients are: Strawberries. 200 gms ( I have taken around 10 small strawberries) Dark Chocolate 100 gms (I have used 90 % dark chocolate. You can use 100% dark chocolate or you can make chocolate sauce by using cocoa powder and cream.) Cream Cheese. 70 gms Artificial Sweetener. 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract. Few drops Method : 1. I have cut top of the strawberries and hollow out the centre using the knife. 2. Adding sweetener and vanilla extract in the bowl of cream cheese and give it a good mix. 3. Stuff all the strawberries with cream cheese with the help of spoon . You may use piping bag. 4. Set all the strawberries in the refrigerator for 10 minutes 5. I have melted my dark chocolate with some sweetener in microwave. 6. Now taking each strawberry and dip them in melted chocolate from top of the strawberry. 7. Keep in refrigerator for another 10 to 15 minutes until chocolate becomes hard. 8. Pouring melted chocolate in tray to give a chocolate base to strawberries. 9. Dip cream cheese end in melted chocolate and place it on tray. 10. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes. 11. Our bonbons is ready. Net Carbs Strawberries . 10 gms Dark Chocolate. 6 gms Cream cheese. 2 gms Total Net Carbs - 18 gms Net Carbs per piece - 1.8 gms Friends , awaiting your feedback and suggestions for this recipe.     Cocoa and cream? That sauce won't hold at room temperature after freezing it and will have a grainy texture Cocoa needs cacao butter or coconut oil to hold.
