    I may or may not have a mild obsession with making things in a waffle iron... • 1 cup almond flour • 1/2 cup pumpkin Puree • 1/3 cup stevia • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp all spice • 1/8 tsp nutmeg • 2 Tbsp melted butter • 1 egg ***Set your waffle iron to 25% heat!*Cook Time: 10 MinutesCool Time: 8-10 minutes** ​ In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, Stevia, Cinnamon, All Spice, and Nutmeg. ​ In the same bowl, stir in the Pureed Pumpkin, Melted Butter and Egg. (Mix Well) ​ Using a rubber spatula, pour / scoop the waffle batter into the center of the iron. Lightly moisten your fingers to prevent sticking and press the waffle dough evenly to the edges of the waffle wells. ​ Close the iron with a light press to the top to make sure all ingredients are spread evenly. Be careful not to press the hot parts of the iron. ​ **Bake for 10 minutes on 25% heat.** **Lift your lid and unplug the iron.Allow waffle to sit for 8-10 minutes** ​ Use a rubber spatula to slice the waffles along the ridge to separate them into individual triangles. Remove by lifting with a fork along the edge of the triangle and sliding a spatula underneath. ​ **Cream Cheese Frosting:** • 3oz Cream Cheese • 2 Tbsp Stevia • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter • 1/4 tsp vanilla Heat up and melt your cream cheese and butter. Then Mix in your vanilla and stevia. Spread evenly on top of your cooled pumpkin bar waffles. **Devour Responsibly!** ​ ***Macros*** **Whole Waffle:** 504 Calories 29.5g Fat 8g Protein 19g Net Carbs ​ **Per Triangle:** 126 Calories 7.3g Fat 2g Protein 4.75g Net Carbs
