    Honestly, I feel like you can use it in just about anything. Cook it in some vegetable broth, then garlic powder, cumin and chili powder to make a good taco filling. Or veg broth, soy sauce, liquid smoke, then garlic powder and oregano and basil for an Italian style "sausage" for pasta or a Bolognese sauce. Or you can just throw it in some chili or any other kind of soup. TVP is like Paul Rudd. It's good in **everything.**

    I just used it a replacement for ground beef in my spaghetti, it was delish!

    Sautee it with just enough olive oil that it soaks a little up and becomes crispy. Add barbecue sauce of your choice. Put on a sandwich with your choice of toppings. I also use it this way to add a little substance and protein to shredded carrot "pulled pork." Also, instead of using it in a sandwich, do the above. Put on top of spaghetti noodles. Get made fun of by wife, but know that you're enjoying a delicious treat.
