    I don't think pineapple is keto, 22 total carbs in 1 cup. Looks tasty though.

This Recipe Is Published **Here >>>>** [**https://noblepig.com/2018/08/easy-pineapple-coleslaw/**](https://noblepig.com/2018/08/easy-pineapple-coleslaw/) Servings: 12 **Ingredients** * 12 oz (bag) broccoli coleslaw * 12 oz finely shredded Napa cabbage * 20 oz (can) unsweetened pineapple tibits, drained, 6 Tbsp. liquid reserved * 1/2 cup sliced green onions * 1 cup mayonnaise * 1 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar * 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper * 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt **Instructions** 1. In a large bowl combine broccoli coleslaw, cabbage, pineapple and green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, reserved pineapple liquid, pepper and salt until smooth. Add to broccoli mixture; toss to coat. 2. Refrigerate coleslaw for a minimum of four hours or overnight for the best flavor. Toss again before serving.  Per serving: Fat 13g (sat. 2g), Cholesterol 6 mg, Sodium 292 mg, Potassium 153 mg, Carbs 9g, Fiber 1g, Sugars 7g, Protein 1g, Vit A 24.7%, Vit C 67.1%, Calcium 3.4%, Iron 2.6%
