A very delicious dinner after a 20 hour fast. No distinct recipe, just getting creative in the kitchen.

That sour cream w/hot sauce is something I will definitely be eating tonight! Can't believe I never thought of trying that. Looks great!

Welp, since I've got to include a recipe, here goes (be gentle, I don't post often): Salmon filet: seasoned lightly on both sides with salt and pepper, mixed about a teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice to glaze, baked at 450F for 12 minutes (was able to flake with a fork). The runoff of the glaze burned a bit- might of been better to sear both sides first then bake- will experiment on that. Broccoli: mixed with minced garlic and sprayed with avocado oil, seasoned with curry spices (cumin, turmeric, and cayenne), then cooked in a skillet lightly coated in avocado oil for about 5 minutes, lid on, stirring/tossing every few minutes, then a minute or two lid off. Spinach: just regular spinach, made into a bed for the filet lol added a bit of black pepper and shredded cheddar with a drizzle of avocado oil. Sour cream: dropped a dallop 'o daisy on that plate, and mixed in a bit of Frank's Red Hot I really like cooking with the avocado oil. I'm no chef- just some guy wanting to eat a healthier diet with less carbs. Fun's in the journey!
