This is pretty simple, but also a little light in fat, so it might be good to pair with some Keto coffee or something if you are strict on your per meal macros. I normal make this with provolone but I forgot to get some so I used some mozzarella and it was actually pretty good that way. **Ingredients** * 16 Oz Grass Fed Sirloin * 200g of green bell pepper * 100g of yellow or white onion * 200g of mushrooms * Soft Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese * Salt & Pepper **Instructions** 1. Cut the bell peppers and onions into thin slices. 2. Sauté the mushrooms, onions and peppers together until mostly cooked. 3. Slice the sirloin into strips. 4. Drain excess water and add sirloin to skillet. 5. Once sirloin is cooked and seasoned to your liking, add your cheese. **Macros** These will vary based on your specific ingredients of course, but there shouldn’t be too much variation with this type of dish. I used a yellow onion and about 3oz of cheese. Feel free to use less protein as well. I divided this into two servings, so adjust your macros accordingly. That should cover all the disclaimers :-) Carlories: 733 Fat: 43g Protein: 65g Carbs: 15g Fiber: 4g **Net Carbs: 11g**
