    For the chicken parm, I used 2 breasts and used a tenderizer to flatten them up. Coat the breasts in 1 beaten egg and cover with 1 bag of crushed pork rinds. Bake for 20 min at 375, afyer the 20 min, put some sauce and mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 15. Also added a little Italian seasoning. For the sauce I just bought the lowest carb sauce I could find, and put ground Italian sausage in it. For the zoodles, just used a spiralizer and cooked in butter for a few minutes.
