    Receipe 1 package country style ribs( 6 pieces here) Some bacon ( I used ends and pieces) About 5 slices 1/2 onion diced One bundle of collard greens One bundle of mustard greens Cajun spice. Salt and pepper I use a coated cast iron pan with lid that is oven safe. Heat a pan on stove on high. Put in in bacon. Season ribs heavy with cajun seasoning and salt. Sear meat on all sides in bacon fat with bacon. Remove meat leaving just grease. Rinse and chop greens add to pan. Mix well. Chop onion and put on top. Then add meat on top. Put bacon on top of ribs. Bake for 2 hrs. Check ever 30 min. Add a little water if needed. Edit.. at 350.
