    Copied from the diet doctor website (or something like that), anyway: To make the crust - 2 cups almond flour - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella - 1 egg - 2 tbsp cream cheese - 1 tsp white wine viniger (I used cheap distilled vinegar) - 1/2 tsp salt In a nutshell: Heat the cream cheese and mozzarella until you can mix them well (I used microwave) then add the remainder of the ingrediants, oil your hands with olive oil and take the mixture placing it onto parchment paper. You're then going to want to make a 10inch diameter spread and bake for 12mins at 180 degrees C After that it's up to you to finish it how you want it - make sure to use a low carb tomato sauce and cover with cheese well!
