    I actually just made this for dinner but it probably would make an awesome breakfast so I tagged it as such. 100g shredded cheese (I used emmental) 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon white truffle oil (optional) 1. Place the cheese on parchment paper in a circle, add salt/pepper/chilli to taste and grill in the oven until melted together 2. Scramble the eggs in the butter, add truffle oil once done 3. Put the eggs on the melted cheese round and roll up! Macros for just the egg burrito: 1g carbs, 54g fat, 40g protein, 643kCal (according to carb manager app)
