    So this is really the best garlic bread-type of thing I’ve had that’s Keto-friendly. I’m sure it could be adjusted to be more like a normal English muffin by omitting the spices. This is best eaten right away. - 1 TBSP butter, melted - 1/3 cup almond flour - 1 egg beaten - Salt to taste - 1/2tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - Pinch dried rosemary - 1/8 c. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4c shredded mozzarella FOR ALL FOUR PIECES: - 504 calories - FAT: 40g - PROTEIN: 21g - Net carbs: 5g (9g carbs - 4g fiber) ** preheat broiler** 1: Melt butter in a large mug in the microwave 2: beat egg in the butter once it’s not too hot. 3: Add almond flour, baking powder and all spices. Then add the parmesan cheese. Mix well. 4. Microwave until cooked through, around 3 minutes. 5. Take out of microwave. When cool, slice into 4 pieces. 6. Put under broiler for about 45 seconds to toast. Then, add mozzarella and put back under broiler until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
