Sautéed Shrimp & Zoodles 1) Cook your shrimp. I just thawed some frozen shrimp beforehand and then sautéed them in olive oil. Spices I used were salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, and oregano. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. 2) Next, cook your zoodles aka zucchini noodles. I set the shrimp aside and added more olive oil to my pan, along with the zoodles, salt, pepper, and oregano. These cooked pretty quick. 3) Drain the zoodles and put back into the pan, along with the shrimp. Mix and serve. - Good rule of thumb: when making the zoodles, I would recommend one zucchini for however many servings you want. I cooked three, and they shrank quite a bit. Was hoping to have some for lunch tomorrow. :/
