    Scramble: 1 T butter 3 eggs 1/4 yellow bell pepper 1/6 white onion 2 rashers of bacon 1 oz crumbled breakfast sausage 1oz shredded sharp cheddar 1 T heavy cream Salt & pepper to taste (Salsa topping optional) I personally sautéed the onion and pepper before adding the egg and other ingredients, but that was mainly for texture and flavor! I then scrambled it all together in a pan until the eggs were set, then heated up my leftover poppers from last night’s dinner! YUMMY! Poppers were simply halved jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese that I had seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and cilantro - wrapped in bacon and grilled until the bacon is crispy and slightly charred! 😊 7.3g Net carbs, if my calculations are correct!
