    Basic Keto Bagel Recipe 2 cups almond flour 1 tbsp baking powder 3 cups shredded mozzarella 2 eggs (plus one for egg wash on top) 5 tbsp cream cheese Mine (because I miss the asiago bagels so damn much) Everything above except I subbed the third cup of mozz for a combo of parmesan, and pecorino romano because that's what I had. I also sprinkled parm and everything but the bagel seasoning on top. I tested with a tbsp of garlic powder and Italian seasoning. But the basic recipe leaves so much room for any palate! Mix the dry stuff, microwave all the cheese together in a bowl for 2 min, stir and then another min. Mix all ingredients together with eggs. You'll need your hands. You can do 8 small ones or 6 normal size. Then I added 2 strips of bacon, an egg and a slice of American cheese. Macros for dough: 30g net carbs, 242g fat, 180g protein, 3110 cal Macros for each sandwich as pictured: 5g net carbs, 56g fat, 44g protein, 718 cal. I understand that this doesn't work for everyone but I have a very physical job so it's perfect. I hope you enjoy! Forgot to add: Let the bagels cool off first! Also bake at 425 for 10 to 15 mi depending on your oven
