    Season ribs with salt, pepper, and low carb/low sugar bbq sauce. Wrap in tinfoil and put on pan. Cook for an hour on 375 degrees. Stream the green beans for 4 to 5 minutes. Throw in skillet with butter chopped garlic, and chopped almonds. Season with salt. Steam the cauliflower for about 5 to 6 minutes. Blend it up fine in a food processor, put it in a bowl, add butter, salt, and whip it up with a fork. I throw a little more butter on top with a pinch of rosemary at the end. Super easy and really quick meal to make. I had never had the cauliflower mash before but it really does tastes better than mashed potatoes in my opinion, and way better for you. Just shows you can still enjoy your favorite meals like BBQ on this diet. Add a Michelob Ultra Light and you’re in heaven.
