    **Keto Bacon and Mushroom Quiche** **Crust** 1 1/4 cups ground almond 1 egg 3 tbsp butter, melted 1/2 cup cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp black pepper Mix all of these ingredients until well-blended and all of the butter has been absorbed into the 'flour' mix (if it seems too dry and crumbly, you could add another tbsp of melted butter, just factor it in to your calories). Press into the base of a tart pan, prick with a fork to make sure it doesn't bubble, and bake on 350 for 14 minutes or until the edges are well-browned. **Filling** 1 cup mascarpone cheese 4 eggs 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped up 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 cloves minced garlic A couple shots of tobasco (optional) Mix all of these ingredients until well-blended, pour into baked and cooled tart shell, bake on 375 for 50 minutes - the filling will swell as it bakes and settle once cooled. **Cuts into 8 pieces, 290 kcal each, 15.57 g protein, 3.64 g carbohydrates, 0.2 g fiber, 23.6 g fat.**
