    Recipe from Myketokitchen.com Ingredients: 3 cups mozzarella 4 tbl cream cheese 2 tsp xantham gum 2 eggs. Room temp. 2 tsp dried yeast 2 tbl warm water 2 tbl spoon water 1 1/2 cups almond flour 2 tbl butter (melted) Instructions: Preheat oven to 200C/ 390F. (I would recommend 415 because I ended up Cooking them longer and the bottoms got darker than I wanted )’ 2. In microwave safe dish. Mix mozzarella and cream cheese mixture. Microwave for 30sec intervals until cheese is melted 3. I. Separate bowl activate yeast by mixing it with the water. (2mins) 4.place almond flour and xanthum gum in separate bowl mix well 5. Add 1 Tbs melted butter, yeast and beaten eggs into the flour mixture 7. Stand mixer or hand knead the cheese mixture with the flour mixture until it’s properly combined 8. Split the dough all into portions (12 balls) 9. Roll the balls into long skinny logs and twist into pretzel shape. Bake in oven for 12-15 Mins * I had to bake for longer as I suggested earlier I would suggest 404-415 degrees or a 20 Min cooking time They turned out well for my first time but I will have the kinks worked out!!

    [Keto Pretzels](https://www.myketokitchen.com/keto-recipes/make-low-carb-ketogenic-soft-pretzels/) Hello guys. Very new to Keto but I lost 18 pounds this month. Just starting to get creative. I tried out this recipe I found on line. The cooking temps and times were a bit off and I clearly never worked at auntie Anne’s. They are delicious tho!!! Subbed garlic salt for pretzel salt. Eating with lite honey mustard!!!

    Is it possible to bake it without xantham gum? I'm am amateur at cooking so I don't have any idea. And thank you for posting this dish, will try it out tomorrow :)
