    **Buffalo Sauce** I am one who avoids vegetable and canola oil. Most Buffalo Sauces seem to be made with soybean oil or other hydrogenated oil, so I found a recipe to make my own. 1 Cup Franks Red Hot 1/2 cup Kerrygold grass butter (any will work) 2 tsp cayenne pepper Simply melt the butter and combine with the seasoning and hot sauce. **Dip** 5oz Chickenbreast 3oz cream cheese 2 tablespoons (34g) of the homemade buffalo sauce For a single serving I cooked a 5oz chicken breast and shredded the meat. I softened 3oz of cream cheese and added about two tablespoons of Buffalo sauce. I mixed then added in the chicken and it was ready to serve. I used celery and Asiago cheese whips and both were great. **Macros** I made a double batch for me and my wife. You can really adjust this to any size. These Macros are for one searching as discribed above. This is just the dip, not the celery or cheese whisps Carlories: 401 Fat: 33g Protein: 28g Carbs: 4g Fiber: 0g **Net Carbs for one serving: 4g** With the celery and cheese whisps it came to 569kcal, 44g fat, 41g protein, 6g carbs, 2g fiber, for 4g net carbs. Edit: Okay, now I feel dumb as I see the top post for today is buffalo chicken dip as well. This does have a recipe for homemade buffalo sauce and it’s a different recipe and single serving, so I guess I’ll leave it. Oops. I’ll look next time before I post something like this that is already up.
