    Ingredients: .5 lb tuna steak 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt 2 tbsp Kerrygold Butter 1/2 avocado 1 tsp MCT Oil 1/2 a lime, juice 1 tsp Paleo Powder, All Seasoning Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat cast iron skillet on stove, and melt butter. Coat tuna steak in salt. Sear in pan for about 3-4 min each side. Put in oven for 4 minutes. Dice avocado, toss in bowl with MCT Oil, Lime juice and seasoning. Top tuna steak with avocado and squeeze extra lime juice on top. I also made Brussels sprouts and bacon on the side!
