It’s already a favorite among our fans! Tropical flavors such as pineapple and mango are the star ingredients in this sauce. Then we added peppers along with a few spices to make it savory. This sauce works well as the finishing touch to your fun dishes and works even better as a dip for snacks, grilled and fried foods. Ingredients: Water, Pineapple Pulp, Mango, Sugar, Habanero Peppers, Onions, Cane Vinegar, Garlic Pulp, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Citric Acid. Smell: The smell of this sauce is surprisingly mild as the aroma does not really smell much of anything. I can indeed smell the pineapple and mango upfront, as there is a citrusy sweetness, the habanero pepper is very faint, as I can pick up a little pepper aroma, but overall the habanero pepper adds to the citrusy fruit sweetness in the aroma, and other then that I can pick up a bit of the vinegar and a slight hint of garlic in the background but overall the aroma is not overwhelming or exciting. Pour: A thin sauce with a slightly syrupy consistency which is probably coming from the pineapple pulp and vinegar combining. There are no chunks or seeds in this sauce. The sauce has a nice orange color. Taste: The taste of this pepper sauce is something special. The consistency of this sauce and the flavors collaborate very well to give you a beautifully satisfying mouthfeel. The sauce opens up with the mango, but then shortly after you get the pineapple pulp, which mixes with the mango to give a wonderfully fruity, citrusy, and tropical flavor which gets complimented with a nice touch of habanero pepper which adds a pepper flavor, a slight burn, and additional citrusy sweetness. This is without a doubt a sweet sauce, but that is the point. The onion, garlic pulp, and salt help add a touch of savory flavors in the middle ground, but as you swallow the sauce you get hit with more pineapple and mango. I love the fact that this sauce has no added sugar. This would be an amazing dip for fried food or used as a marinade. I would give this sauce a solid 7.5/10 on flavor. Heat: The mango and pineapple really cut the heat of the habanero pepper, as you will get a mild burn on the tongue that will linger for a bit. Anyone could enjoy this sauce, as I would give it a 2/10 on heat.
