    [H][GF] **Ingredients** Green Leaf Lettuce - 1 head Red Bell Pepper - 1 Nante Carrot - 1 Sliced Water Chestnuts - 1 can Garlic - 2 cloves Green Onion - 3 shoots Cilantro - ~5 stems Lime - 1 Peanut Butter - 1 cup Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup Sriracha - 2 Tbsp Honey - 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar - 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds - 1 Tbsp Ginger - 1" piece grated **Directions:** Julienne slice the carrot and red bell pepper. Chop up garlic. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, sesame seeds and ginger. Mix well and refrigerate. Clean and plate lettuce. Heat oil to med-high heat. Fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add carrot and cook for 3 minutes. Chop up cilantro and green onion. Add red pepper and water chestnuts to pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and Sriracha and cook for another 3 minutes. Add half of cilantro and green onion and stir in. Plate and top with remaining cilantro and green onion. Enjoy!
