    ***Ingredients:*** 3 Green Onions 3 Large Celery Stalks 3 Garlic CLoves 4 Tbsn Red Pepper Chili Flakes 1 Jalapeno Pepper 1 Teaspoon of pods ground up 1 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce 1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper 1/4 Cup of Chicken Broth Sesame Oil 1/2 Cup Raw Peanuts 8 Ounces of Pastrami Beef 9 Slices of Bacon 4 Cup of Cauliflower Rice **Step 1:** Put 1/2 cup of raw peanuts on an oven pan, and add a Tbsn of Sesame oil and some salt and mix around. Bake on 300 for about 10 minutes, or until getting a bit darker. **Step 1.5:** Cut 3 Green Onions into smaller 1/4" cuts at the darker green parts, and 1" long on the whiter parts. Sideways Slice the 3 Celery Stalks into 2/3" slices. Mince the 3 Garlic cloves. Cut thin rounds of the Jalepeno. Cut nice little 1" chunks of 1/2 Large Red Bell pepper. **Step 2:** Cut chunks or strips of Pastrami and saute for 3 minutes in one Tbsn of sesame oil. Add salt and a touch of soy sauce. Continually stir this for the 3 minutes, and then remove the pastrami from the pan. **Step 3:** Cut up Square inch or bigger pieces of Bacon. In a different pan or cast iron cook the bacon on high until about 2 minutes from done, keep soft. **Step 4:** put another Tbsn of sesame oil in the first pan and throw all of the Green onions, celery, garlic, Red Chili Pepper flake, Jalepeno pepper, rest of your Tbsn of Soy sauce, Red Bell pepper, schezuan pods... Cook for about 5 minutes on high. **Step 4.5:** Get the Cauliflower rice cooking on a 3rd pan on medium. add a little salt. Cook for about 7 minutes. **Step 5:** Use tongs to pull all of the bacon out of its own grease, let it drip dry a bit and then add it to the main pan. Add the Pastrami and peanuts. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in the chicken broth. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve it on top of the cauliflower rice and enjoy. **This makes 2 Servings. Each serving is: Calories: 680 Total Carbs 29.6g Net Carbs 14.9g Fat 40.8g Protein 54g**
