Keep in mind, *be very light* with the stevia. It's 4x sweeter than tradition sugar, and I keep fucking recipes up! (not that I cook sweets too often, but even an 1/8 tsp too much has ruined my food)

I’d use Swerve. I made some Swerve “cannoli filling” (basically just frosting) with vegetable shortening and butter + vanilla + Swerve last night, and it was pretty much life changing.

I believe mascarpone is less carbs than ricotta so maybe make that swap? It'd be super rich. The texture will be somewhat mousse like I expect. And use keto friendly chocolate.

All right, let's do this. Here are the ingredients: * 10 slices bacon * 2 c. heavy cream * 1/3 c. powdered sugar * 1 tsp. cinnamon * pinch of nutmeg * 1 c. ricotta * 2 c. mini chocolate chips, divided Easy!! Just literally switch in powdered Swerve (or grind your own 1:1 sugar substitute in a coffee grinder) and sugar free chocolate chips (Lily's brand is a good one). Now someone needs to make it for me :)
