I love cheese crisps and I spent a lot of time trying to perfect them in the oven before I gave up and tried them in the microwave and I love them! While trying to keep them from sticking to the plate, I tried putting a pinch of cheese in silicone baking cups. I can microwave 4-5 cups on a plate at a time, for 30-40 seconds per plate. Flip onto a paper towel, refill and zap. Takes about 5 minutes to produce a dozen or so crisps! Actual recipe because rules: Ingredients: - Cheese (shredded, or sliced cheese cut into small squares) Tools: - Plate - Silicone Baking Cups - Microwave Directions: Put a pinch of cheese in the bottom of each cup, just enough to cover the bottom. Place 4-6 cups on a plate, at least 1 inch apart from each other. Microwave 30-40 seconds. Remove and flip the cups upside-down on a paper-towell and tap the bottoms to extract the chips without burning your fingers. Let cool. Enjoy!
