I had it with roasted darjeeling tea :). **Ingredients:** Icecream: - Natural SF Peanut butter (smooth or chunky) - HWC - Vanilla Extract - Sweetener (I used liquid stevia) - Gelation / Agar agar or hard liquor (optional) This is to prevent hard crystals. Egg free microwave mug brownie: - Whey protein powder - Cocoa - Coffee - Salted Butter - HWC **Recipe** - Makes 4 servings. Net Carbs with brownie: 4-6g Note: I used an ice cream machine to make this, if you don't have one just whip hwc till you get soft peaks, mix the ingredients and store in air tight container. The texture won't be as good, but you honestly won't complain after eating it. 1) Take 250ml of hwc, add 125g of natural peanut butter ice cream. I used chunky, smooth is fine too. Mix vanilla extract 1tbsp, stevia (as per taste - I used 4 drops) 2) Optional: Add 1-2g of bloomed heated gelatin or agar agar to the mix or vodka. This is for better texture. If you're going to eat it within a day you can skip this step. 3) Chill mixture for 2-3 hours. Then churn with the icecream maker as per your manufacturer's directions. Mix well and store in an air tight container, else use baking sheet to cover the top layer. Freeze for a minimum or 6 hours. 4) To make the brownie mix 20g protein powder with 1tbsp cocoa, 1/2 spoon coffee, a pinch of salt. Mix enough hwc to make the mixture a sticky batter. Next add it to a microwave friendly mug and nuke for 50-90sec in the microwave. If you want it firmer nuke it longer. I prefer it fudgy with hard edges so i stopped about 60 seconds. I made small [balls of brownies for decoration and had it with roasted Darjeeling tea](https://www.instagram.com/p/BheEWiRhfIo/) and added a tad bit of rum to the brownies ;)

    how much water do you use to bloom the gelatin? I have tried using it before and ended up with little blobs of gelatin in the ice cream. How do you get it to incorporate into the mixture?
