    Recipe Type: Savory| Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 15 mins | Total time: 30 min |Recipe By: Deadlicious Cooking Studio Ingredients- 4 egg whites 1cup spinach (chopped) 1 medium onion (chopped) 2 green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste 2 tbsp cilantro Salt to taste 3 tbsp parmesan 3 tbsp vegetable oil For Serving (Optional) – Sour cream Ketchup Chili flakes Method- 1. In a large bowl add egg whites, green chilies, ginger – garlic paste & salt. Whisk well to combine everything into the egg mixture. 2. Add chopped onion, cilantro & chopped spinach. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add egg & spinach mixture. Let it cook for 5 minutes. 4. Spread parmesan & flip. 5. Cook for more 4 -5 minutes. 6. Serve hot with sour cream.
